How it works

  • Searches a specific Google Drive folder for resumes.
  • Filters and downloads supported files (PDF).
  • Moves unsupported formats to “Not Supported” folder.
  • Extracts content from PDFs.
  • Injects job description and analyzes resume against it using AI.
  • If candidate score ≥ 80, moves resume to “Selected” folder.
  • If score < 80, moves to “Not Selected” folder.

Set up steps

  • Requires Google Drive and OpenRouter credentials.
  • Create one main folder: “Resume Shortlist”, with 3 subfolders: “Not Supported”, “Selected”, “Not Selected”.
  • Set job description manually in the “Set JD” node.
  • Estimated setup time: ~15 minutes.
  • Sticky notes in workflow offer folder structure and JD instructions.
